Fernhill Medical Campus
The Fernhill Medical Campus project involved the expansion of an existing 38,341 square foot medical building. The project proposed two building additions totaling 110,000 square feet of medical office space and a 10,000 square foot learning center. The site is approximately 21 acres in area and was designed around a large existing pond that was preserved as part of the design. The project included the construction of 665 parking spaces. D.L. Howell performed complete civil engineering design services and monitored the construction process.

Congregate Care Campus Expansion

The Congregate Care Campus Expansion for Kendal at Longwood consists of 48 cottages within the 115 acre campus located in Kennett Township, Chester County. Major technical design components of the project include the following: Layout of buildings, curbing, parking, paving. Site grading, erosion controls, stormwater management. Overall site utility design including water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer. Securing of all regulatory permits required to construct project including PADEP, PADOT, CCCD and approval from the local municipality.
